Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be specified on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3 to 10 business days

  • International Shipping: 5 to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. However, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items at admin@mythforgegaming.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
