Thank you for shopping with Mythforge Gaming! We take pride in providing high-quality 3D-printed resin miniatures and gaming accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of 3D-printed resin miniatures, we only accept returns or exchanges in the case of defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@mythforgegaming.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Customized or personalized orders

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or modified

  • Digital products or files

Refunds

 If a refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or carrier.
